Three and a half days left in 2018. Man, what a crazy year. Mind you, the last six years have been crazy and filled with major life transitions. 2013: graduated high school + started college; 2014: moved out of my parent’s house; 2015: Matt and I started dating + I moved off dorms; 2016: Matt and I got married + I started working towards my BA in counselling; 2017: I started new jobs + I got pregnant; 2018: Esther was born. With all of these transitions, there have been seasons where we have had plenty and seasons where we have had little. This past year, I feel like we’ve had to put our faith into practice even more. The Church
I love the church. Like, tears running down my face when I think of the church kind of love. It really fills my bucket seeing people connecting and laughing and praying together. When I speak about “the church” I am not just referring to the one church that I attend. I’m talking about the global church, the whole community of Christ followers. [Read more…]
